User Interface (UI)

A characteristic feature of each product is its usability. For example, to move a bicycle, we use pedals. In fact, everything that makes us use a product is called a user interface (UI).

user interface (UI).

The UI is an abbreviation for the User Interface. According to Otter Marketing Agency, It is said to appear or anything on your screen (or the appearance of your site), including images, text, diagrams, modules, tables, videos as well as colors and location.

The entire appearance of a site is called UI.

In other words: The UI design is the term that the graphical layout describes a program.  The UI is said to all elements on the Web page to allow the user to communicate and use the information stored on a device.

These elements include:

  • Clickable buttons
  • Text
  • Text entry Box
  • Keyboard
  • Page layout
  • Animation, gif, Video, etc.

The concept that we know today as a user interface was formed in the face of computers between1945-1968.

So everything we see in this field tied to information technology and digital products (Software).

User interface design principles:

The principle of structure:

the user interface must be meaningful, objective, and practical. It must have a fixed model that is understandable to the user. Things that are connected should be together, and things that are not related should be separated.

Principle of simplicity:

User interface must be simple. It has to be so that things can be done easily. It must be understandable to users and to provide appropriate shortcut means for difficult or long – term processes.

The emergence of the emergence: the design should provide the user with all the information and the necessary options to accomplish the task.

Principle of feedback: design should keep the user aware of changes, situations, operations, errors, and exceptions.

Principle of tolerance: design should be flexible and tolerant, reduce the cost of errors and prevent errors as far as possible.

The look of your application forms a User Interface. Therefore, we should view the UI  as leverage and tools for app development in the long term. We also plan and spend it well.

Your user interface must be feasible. It must be clean and objective and can be understood.

Your application structure should be such that everything can connect to one another, and that connection is meaningful.
